INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS APPLYING FROM WITHIN GHANA

If You are Applying from within Ghana You Have Two Options. (Please Select ONLY ONE Option below. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CHOOSE)

OPTION A

1. Download the Printable Version of the Application Form. Print and Complete it.
2. Go to any branch of Ghana Commercial Bank in the country and Pay-in Your Application Processing Fee (Our Bank details and the Fees are on the Application Form).  
3. Send the  Completed  Form  and a photocopy of the pay-in (cash deposit) slip to us by post or by registered mail

OPTION B

1. Access  the Fillable Version of the Application  Form.
2. Complete it on the Computer without first printing it.
3. Send the completed form to us as an e-mail attachment to the e-mail address on the form
4. Go to any Ghana Commercial Bank Branch and Pay-in Your application Processing Fee (Our Bank details and the Fees are on the Application Form).
5. Write your full name on top of the pay-in slip.
6. Either scan and send the pay-in (cash deposit) slip to us as an e-mail attachment or send  a photocopy of the pay-in slip to us by post or by registered mail

If You are Applying from Outside Ghana You Have Only One Option. (PLEASE  READ CAREFULLY)

1. Access  the Fillable Version of the Application  Form.
2. Complete it on the Computer without first printing it.
3. Send the completed form to us as an e-mail attachment to the e-mail address on the form
4. Follow the Instructions on the Form on how to pay your Application Processing Fee.
